Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging. Ensure all tags are attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
